ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

Before you start filling out the form, please ensure you have the following requirements ready:

Basic Requirements:

• PSA Birth Certificate

• Report Card (SF9)

• Certificate of Good Moral Character
  
  

For Secondary & Elementary:

• Personal Data Sheet from SLC

• Report Card with no final grade lower than 80% in Science, Math, and English

• General average of 80% or higher

• Conduct rating of at least B

• Letter of Recommendation or Certificate of Good Moral Character
