Shelomith Learning Center, Inc. strives to make the enrollment process smooth and efficient for all prospective students. Below is an overview of the requirements and procedures to guide you through your journey with us.
Admission Process
The enrollment period for returning students is scheduled by the Registrar's Office. For new applicants, acceptance is determined by the results of the admission test, compliance with academic requirements, and submission of the necessary documents.
Basic Requirements
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
PSA Birth Certificate (Philippine Statistics Authority)
Report Card (SF9)
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Additional Requirements for Secondary and Elementary Levels
Admission for these levels is based on academic performance and good conduct:
A Personal Data Sheet issued by SLC, to be completed.
Report Card (SF9) with final grades meeting the following criteria: No final grade lower than 80% in Science, Math, and English.
A general average not lower than 80%.
Conduct or deportment ratings of at least B or higher.
A Letter of Recommendation or Certificate of Good Moral Character.
For Returning Students:
Submission of SF9 (Report Card)
Satisfactory Deportment Grade
The Prefect of Studies may require applicants to attend summer remedial classes at SLC prior to admission.
For New Students:
Submission of Final Form 138 or Report Card upon application for entrance examination
A minimum final grade of 80%, with no grade below 75%
Satisfactory Deportment Grade (B or higher)
A written recommendation from the Principal or Certificate of Good Moral Character
Completion of the Registration Form
Payment of all testing and registration fees
